I know what it’s like to feel stuck in old patterns, unsure how to express the parts of yourself that long to be seen. For me, everything changed when I was finally held in a space that allowed me to open up, be fully seen and feel safe doing it.
That started a journey to connect with my true essence, and rediscover the energy and creativity and inner guidance I didn’t even know I had.
Now, I guide women on that same journey—not just to feel safe, but to tap into their full power. Together, we’ll unlock the parts of you that are ready to be expressed, freeing your flow, your intuition, and your creative energy so you can step into a more aligned and fulfilling life.

My Story
The first time I felt truly safe, like I could let everything go, I was with someone who didn’t judge me but was openly and compassionately curious. For the first time, I felt safe enough to show the parts of myself I’d spent years hiding—my doubts, my fears, the parts I thought would make me unlovable. Instead of rejection, I was met with acceptance. In that moment, something shifted. I realized how much I’d been holding onto, and for the first time, I felt what it was like to simply be.
That experience sparked something in me.
I began questioning the stories I’d been telling myself—about needing to please others, to be perfect, to prove my worth. I started exploring my inner world, peeling back layers, and confronting the parts of myself I had avoided for so long.
At the time, I was working as a management consultant with an engineering background, relying heavily on my rational mind to guide me. But as I connected with my emotions, my body, and my truth, I learned to listen and be guided from within. Over time, I discovered how to hold space for myself, even in the messiest moments, and how to find stillness. I shifted from seeking external validation to discovering my own inner strength.
This transformation reshaped not only my relationship with myself but also how I connected with others. I realized how powerful it is to feel seen, safe, and supported in the presence of another person. For me, that person was a woman.
Being seen by someone of the opposite sex, with all the vulnerability it entails, brought an unexpected and profound layer of healing.
It inspired me to create the same opportunity for others—a space where deep healing and transformation can unfold.
Now, I guide women on a similar journey.
To provide the opportunity to be truly seen, as I was. Women who step into their next phase of inner growth, by embracing the vulnerability of being seen in their full expression by someone of the opposite sex.
Since my moment of being fully seen, I have spent years cultivating the ability to hold a safe and steady container. Through training, inner work, and the practice of being fully present, I’ve learned to welcome everything that arises in my role as a coach. Whatever comes up—from the vulnerable to the wild and untamed—is encouraged and embraced.

My Experience
Training
Zen Coaching
Developed the ability to connect with my inner balance in coaching situations, creating a space of presence and non-reactivity. From this grounded state, I guide others to connect deeply with themselves, listen inwardly, and give space for the body to express and heal naturally.
Inner Male and Female Dynamics
Learned to recognize, understand, and harmonize the relationship between our inner male and female aspects. This work involves fostering mutual support and creating balance between these inner dynamics.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Gained expertise in connecting with inner parts—such as the inner child, inner critic, and other sub-personalities. Trained in helping these parts release burdens of unhealthy beliefs and roles, adopting new, more harmonious roles that promote peace and spaciousness within.
Compassionate Communication (also known as Non Violent Communication (NVC)
Developed practical skills to help clients separate stories from facts and distinguish needs from emotions. This supports clients to navigate relationships—both internally and externally—by communicating authentically and asking for what is true for them, without unhealthy attachment to how others respond or act.
Family Constellations
Learned to identify and address how unresolved traumas and events from previous generations unconsciously shape beliefs and behaviors in the present. Trained in facilitating healing by stepping out of these inherited patterns and creating new possibilities.
Strategic Coaching
Acquired tools to support clients in clarifying goals, identifying obstacles, and creating actionable plans to achieve meaningful and efficient long-term success.
Men’s Groups and Retreat Facilitation
Developed skills in leading men’s groups and retreats focused on cultivating healthy masculinity. Facilitated opportunities for men to confront their shadows, embrace vulnerability, and step into a grounded and present way of being.
Positive Psychology
Explored practices that foster well-being, emphasizing the creation of positive experiences while reducing the impact of negative events. Learned strategies to approach challenges harmoniously and create a fulfilling day-to-day life.
Relevant Experiences
Vipassana Meditation
Spent nearly four weeks in intensive Vipassana meditation, practicing up to 16 hours a day. This experience provided profound insights into my inner world—thoughts, feelings, sensations, and beliefs—while cultivating stillness and focus.
Enlightenment Intensive
Experienced temporary disconnection from the ego and the concept of self. Gained firsthand understanding of the ego’s resistance to change and the liberation that comes from stepping away from ego-driven stories.
Therapy
Engaged in deep therapeutic work to feel and face both comfortable and uncomfortable emotions. Focused on healing old wounds and fostering emotional growth.
Ongoing Meditation Practices
Regularly connect with my inner self through daily meditation and mindfulness practices, cultivating presence and awareness throughout different parts of the day.
