I hold space for you to connect with what is alive within you while staying present with my own experience—not to intervene or fix, but to attune to my intuition as I support you in following where your body wants to take you.In this space, you are safe to explore, express, and welcome everything that arises, knowing that all of you is fully accepted.

Instead of relying solely on the mind, we listen deeply to the body's sensations and emotions, allowing its wisdom to guide us. The body holds profound insights that the mind often overlooks—offering a guidance that feels deeply aligned and true. As we tune in, clarity emerges—challenges that once felt important may lose weight or dissolve, while unexpected directions unfold effortlessly. Resistance is natural, but by meeting it with presence rather than force, we create space for transformation. Personally, having been strongly mind-driven, learning to truly listen to my body opened up new levels of trust, clarity, and calmness.

 

Exploring & Harmonizing the Inner Masculine and Feminine

We explore and harmonize your inner masculine and feminine energies —their desires, perspectives, and how they relate to each other. These energies influence not only your inner world but also your relationships, purpose, and daily life. Many people struggle with an imbalance: feeling stuck in relentless action and structure (masculine) or overwhelmed by fluidity without clear direction (feminine). Through this work, you will learn how to balance purposeful work with creative flow, integrating doing and being, while naturally cultivating deeper, more fulfilling relationships.

 

Welcoming Your Many Inner Children with Compassion

You have probably worked with your inner child before. What if I told you that you have many inner children, all longing to be seen, heard, and given the space to express themselves? As we tune in, we often meet these inner children and other internal parts that shape our thoughts, behaviors, and emotional responses. By bringing them into awareness and meeting them with compassion, we shift their roles—often transforming fear and self-criticism into self-support. This creates more inner harmony, making everyday choices and interactions feel clearer, more aligned, and less burdened by old patterns. If you are unfamiliar with parts work, this might sound strange—but once you experience this connection, it can be life-changing.

 

Flexibility in Topics when Life Happens

With a coaching background that supports many situations, I facilitate the exploration of a wide range of topics. No matter where we start, as we uncover insights from your body and emotions, the direction for what seems important might change. While we hold an intention and a desired outcome, sessions remain flexible, allowing space for whatever feels most relevant and alive in the moment. Life unfolds between sessions, and this approach ensures we can always meet what is most present within you, fostering continuous growth and transformation
